We will hand select cheeses based on the seasonal availability and what we feel are the very best. Included with your monthly club will be crackers, a description of your cheeses and information on how to keep your cheeses at their freshest.

BILLING - Your account will be billed when your cheeses are shipped.
PAYMENT - A credit or debit card must be on file for active service. Your account will be billed at the time of shipping.
SUSPENDING OR CANCELLING YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP - Your membership can be suspended or cancelled at any time and must be verified by telephone, email or fax.
SHIPPING - Unless specified, the first shipment will be shipped as soon as you enroll. 3 and 6 Month Club Members will receive their next shipment of cheese during the first week of the following months. Changes in dates can be specified by contacting us.
